Shipping

OUR SHIPPING PROCESS
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday with the exception of holidays. Most of our pieces are made-to-order.  Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.  Items that are in stock process withinbusiness days and will ship by the next business day.

All orders will include a tracking number.

International orders and orders shipped with Express Shipping may incur duties.

Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. For guaranteed delivery, please refer to our Express Shipping options.


CANCELLATIONS

We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to shopsimplysofia@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
